Saturday, September 12 & Sunday, September 13 | noon – 8 pm: 2026 Portland Mid Autumn Festival at Shun Fat Supermarket (5253 Southeast 82nd Ave). Hosted by the White Lotus Foundation, the Portland Mid Autumn Festival celebrates the traditions of the Mid Autumn Festival through food, culture, entertainment, and community.

Sunday, September 14: Order deadline for Nichiren Temple Bazaar. Nichiren Buddhist Temple’s Annual Fall Take-Out Bazaar will be held on Sunday, September 20, 11:30am – 2:pm. Pre-order Chow Mein and Mochiko Chicken due. Click here for the Order Form or email them. Nichiren is looking for volunteers to help with the Bazaar prep on the 16th and 18th. Email them if interested.

 Saturday, September 19 | 6 pm – 9 pm: Nobi’s Night Out in the ’80s. A 1980s Fundraiser for the Japanese American Museum of Oregon In honor of Nobi Masuoka, beloved community auntie.

Sunday, September 20 | 10 am – 2 pm: Ikoi no Kai will be at the Woodstock Farmers Market Community Booth again this year. More information

Sunday, September 20 | 11:30 am – 2 pm: Nichiren Buddhist Temple Fall Take-Out Bazaar pick up time. Pre-orders due by Sept. 14. Forms available at our front desk or you can email them.  A variety of Baked Goods will be available for purchase.
